Apple has unveiled a new MacBook Air with a 4K display and improved keyboard for the next-generation MacBook Pro line, and a new model of the iMac will also be released in the US in the coming weeks.
The MacBook Air models with the 4K Retina Display feature an Intel Core i7 processor, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of SSD storage, with the new iMac model sporting an Intel Xeon E5-2600V, 12GB of DDR4 RAM and an Intel i7-2640M processor, with 8GB RAM and 256Gb of SSD.
The iMac models are priced at $2,799 and $3,499, and are available in white, black, silver, gold, and titanium.
Apple also said that the MacBook Air and iMac were updated to include a Thunderbolt 3 port and Bluetooth 4.1.
The company is also rolling out new features to the iPlay software.
The new MacBook software includes the ability to stream music from Apple Music, a redesigned Apple TV app, and improved AirPlay video and audio playback.
